Xiaomi releases Ninebot GoKart Pro Lamborghini Edition

During Xiaomi’s 10th anniversary event, Xiaomi has announced a new Lamborghini Edition of the Ninebot GoKart Pro. This is essentially a souped-up GoKart Pro in a striking yellow paintjob with additional “automobili Lamborghini” labels and badges.

The Ninebot GoKart Pro Lamborghini Edition claims to deliver up to 62 laps around a 400m track at 40km/h on a single charge. That’s slightly faster than the claimed 37km/h top speed of the standard model.

It retains a similar 432Wh battery pack with four air vents and has custom tires which claims to offer superior drift performance. Also mentioned is a engine sound profile emulation system which we are guessing is tuned to produce roaring sounds of a Lamborghini engine.

According to Engadget, the Lamborghini edition is priced at CNY9,999 which is about RM6,039. It will go on sale starting 16 August and it is available only in mainland China.

If you prefer the standard Ninebot GoKart Pro, it is currently offered in Malaysia for RM6,688. More details here.

For those who prefer to move around with two wheels, Xiaomi has recently announced the Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Edition. So far there’s no pricing and availability details yet, and the standard model is going for  EUR 499 (about RM2,464).
