Deal: MSI offers discounts up to RM500 for gaming laptops with its Merdeka Promo

For the first time ever, MSI is organising a special One MSI sale for its gaming laptops and desktop components and parts in conjunction with the upcoming Merdeka celebrations. The promotion starts from 10 August and will last until 6 September and will be available at MSI’s MYStore as well as its partner stores. Online, you can find the deals on MSI’s Lazada and Shopee pages. 

MSI said it will be offering its all-new GF63 series which was introduced earlier this year. It features a 15.6” IPS display and comes with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 graphics. The laptop feature 10th generation Intel CPUs with up to Intel Core i7-10750H processors, mated with up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM and up to a 512GB NVMe SSD. MSI said it is slashing the price of the laptop up to RM500 off. This means you can grab the highest spec GF63 series laptop for RM3,999 when it usually costs RM4,499.

Users who seek more power may consider the MSI GF65 which comes with a 15.6” display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Nvidia GeForce RTX2060 graphics. It comes powered by an Intel Core i7-9750H processor that is paired with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD for RM5,599.

If you already have a gaming desktop or laptop and are looking to upgrade your home setup, then MSI has a great monitor and gaming combo. You can grab the MSI Optix MAG341CQ gaming monitor (RM2,999) along with its MAG CH110 gaming chair (RM1,499) together for RM3,798.

MSI desktops and PC components are not missing out on the festivities either as MSI will be giving out free gifts for every purchase. For example, the Radeon RX5500XT Mech (8GB GDDR6) graphics card will cost RM999 and come with free MSI keychains. 

MSI also has a wide range of gaming motherboards ranging from the Z490-A Pro (RM777) all the way up to the MEG Z490 Godlike (RM3,990). Every purchase of a motherboard will net buyers a free XL-size MSI gaming mousepad. Sticking with PC components, selected MSI AIO coolers priced between RM549 to RM729 will come with an RM50 petrol voucher. Those who buy an MSI Clutch GM60 gaming mouse (RM433.50) will also get the voucher.

Meanwhile, those who purchase the MSI Mag Forge 100R case for RM259 will get an MSI T-shirt with a random design.
