New Sony noise cancelling and sweat resistant true wireless earbuds now available for RM849

The Sony WF-SP800N true wireless earbuds are designed for those who have an active lifestyle and are looking for a pair that has both noise cancelling and sweat resistance. It is also now available in Malaysia for RM849.

“The WF-SP800N truly wireless sports headphones combine long battery life, resistance to water and sweat, and deep bass sound with digital noise cancelling,” wrote Sony on their site.

One of the key features for the WF-SP800N is its IP55 rating, which means that the earbuds are water, sweat and dust resistant. This is especially appealing for activities like hiking and jungle trekking, as you can wash off any residue of dirt and sweat without worrying about if the earbuds would still work after.

The WF-SP800N also boasts noise canceling technology, along with the additional ExtraBass feature. You’ll also be able to download the “Sony| Headphones Connect” app for free to customise the audio levels and enjoy 360 Reality Audio.

For battery life, the earbuds provides 18 hours of music playback at a full charge, 26 hours in total with noise cancellation turned off, and 60 minutes of music playback after 10 minutes of quick charging. Other features include smart control technology— which lets you play, stop or skip through music and adjust the volume by placing a finger on the left earbud, the wearing detection feature—which detects when the earbuds are taken out or put back in, and its able to connect to a voice assistant like Google Assistant, Siri and Alexa.

The WF-SP800N is now available in Malaysia at Sony Stores KLCC and The Curve, Sony Store Online, Sony flagship store on Lazada and Sony authorised dealers for RM849. You can click here for more info about the earbuds.
