The Realme C11 has finally arrived in Malaysia and this is their new budget offering that’s priced under RM500. This competes directly with the newly announced Redmi 9C which also comes with the same price tag and the same processor, RAM and storage configuration.
The Redmi C11 is officially priced at RM429 and it comes with 2GB RAM + 32GB of storage. It comes in two colour options – Pepper Grey or Mint Green.
The C11 will be sold exclusively on Shopee starting from 7th July 2020. Realme is also bundling its Realme Buds 2 wired headphones for free during the first-day sale. The device will be available at all authorised dealers in Malaysia at a later date.
The Realme C11 gets a 6.5″ HD+ display that comes with a tiny notch at the top that houses a 5MP f/2.4 selfie camera. It runs on a 12nm MediaTek Helio G35 processor with 2GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 32GB of storage which is expandable via a dedicated microSD slot.
For imaging, it gets a 13MP f/2.2 main camera and 2MP f/2.4 portrait lens for depth effects. Despite its budget pricing, the C11 also features Nightscape mode for low light shots. The device doesn’t come with a fingerprint sensor but it still offers face unlock for instant unlocking.
The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery which still charges via a microUSB port with a 10W charger. This is a 4G LTE device that supports dual-SIM. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 but WiFi is limited to 2.4GHz 802.11n. Out of the box, it runs on Android 10 with Realme UI skin on top.
