Samsung Galaxy S20+ and Buds+ BTS Edition are coming to Malaysia

Want to get your hands on the Samsung Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition and the Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition? The purple edition devices are coming to Malaysia very soon and you can pre-order your unit starting this Friday, 19th June 2020.

The Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition is officially priced at RM4,399 in Malaysia, which is RM400 more than your regular S20+. According to Samsung, the Galaxy S20+ BTS for Malaysia is still running on an Exynos 990 processor instead of a Snapdragon 865 unit. This is still a 4G LTE model with 128GB of storage.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds+ in matching colours is priced at RM899. That’s RM300 more than the standard Buds+ in Black, White and Blue.

Samsung is also having a Purchase with Purchase Promo for the new phone. If you get the Galaxy S20+ BTS Edtion, you can get the Buds+ BTS Editon at 50% off. So you’re paying RM449.50 instead of RM899. If you buy the Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition, you’ll get the BTS Edition Samsung Wireless Charging pad worth RM199 for free.

In case you missed it, the BTS Edition is designed exclusively for devoted BTS fans. Both devices come in a striking purple and black colour scheme with additional hearts and the band’s logo on the exterior. The Galaxy S20+ comes pre-installed with BTS-inspired themes and a fan community platform, Weverse.

Although the hardware remains unchanged, the special edition Galaxy S20+ comes in a redesigned packaging with seven purple hearts. It also contains decorative stickers seven photo cards featuring each member of BTS. You can find the same treatment for the Galaxy Buds+.

More details of the pre-order will be published on Samsung Malaysia’s Galaxy BTS Edition page. You can learn more about the special edition devices from our announcement post here.
