Apart from the Galaxy S20 Ultra, Samsung Malaysia has also introduced a new colour option for the Galaxy Buds+. These are Samsung’s latest generation wireless earphones that come with improved audio and longer battery life.
The Galaxy Buds+ are now available in Blue on Samsung Malaysia’s official online store and it carries the same retail price tag of RM599. The Galaxy Buds+ are still offered in Black and White.
In terms of design, the Galaxy Buds+ looks identical to the standard Galaxy Bud. Despite not having active noise cancellation, the Buds+ now features a 2-way speaker system that consists of a tweet and woofer unit that are tuned by AKG. Also included are two outer mics and 1 inner mic which helps to cancel surrounding sound for voice calls.
On a full charge, it is rated to last up to 11 hours of music playback and you can get up to 22 hours with the bundled charging case. The charging case supports fast charging via USB-C and you can get 1 hour of music playtime with a quick 3-minute charge. For extra convenience, the case also supports Qi Wireless charging like its predecessor.
Like its predecessor, the Buds+ uses touch and tap controls to control your music playback or to accept or end a call. The Galaxy Buds+ also supports ambient mode which allows you to hear the outside world without taking off your earbuds.
