The Realme 6 Pro has finally arrived in Malaysia. This is the top-of-the-line model in the Realme 6 series and it also boasts a fluid 90Hz refresh rate display.

The device is available starting at midnight on 12th May 2020 via Realme official store on Lazada. It will be available at all authorised retailers from 16th May.
If you purchase the device, Realme is currently offering an extended 12 months warranty and a daily mood casings set worth RM149. It comes in two colours – Lightning Blue and Lightning Red.
The Realme 6 Pro comes with a 6.6″ Full HD+ IPS display that has a high 90Hz refresh rate. Unlike the Realme 6, the Pro model comes with a Snapdragon 720G processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. If you need more, you can expand the storage via a microSD card.
In the camera department, the device has a versatile quad-camera setup. It has a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-camera shooter and a 2MP macro camera. The telephoto camera has 2x optical zoom and it supports digital zoom up to 20X. For videos, it supports up to 4K30fps and it also supports “UIS” and “UIS Max” video stabilisation. For selfies, the device comes with a wide punch-hole that houses a 16MP main selfie camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
Powering the device is a decent 4,300mAh battery and it supports 30W fast charging via USB-C. According to Realme, you can get a 100% charge in just 60 minutes. Also included is a 3.5mm headphone jack and the phone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The previous Realme 5 Pro was launched 7 months ago at RM1,099 for the same RAM and storage configuration. For RM300 more than its predecessor, the Realme 6 Pro is quite a significant upgrade. It offers a better display with a higher refresh rate, a larger battery and an improved camera setup.
