Deal: Snapdragon 865 powered Black Shark 3 can be yours for RM2,649

The Black Shark 3 has officially arrived on our shores and it is Malaysia’s the first gaming-centric smartphone to run on a Snapdragon 865 processor. As an introductory promo, the Black Shark 3 can be yours with a RM150 discount plus additional freebies if you’re among the early bird buyers on Shopee Malaysia.

To recap, below is the official pricing for the Black Shark 3 series in Malaysia:

The Black Shark 3 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant can be yours for only RM2,649 on the 30th of April exclusively on the official Black Shark store at Shopee. The sale will begin at midnight and it is limited to the first 400 buyers.

In addition, the first 150 buyers will also get a bundle gift pack worth over RM800. This includes a Black Shark FunCooler Pro, 1-year screen crack protection, Black Shark limited mouse pad and a mystery Black Shark Merchandise set.

In conjunction with the Raya Bersama Shopee campaign, they are also offering one-day special on 30th April for Black Shark accessories. Below is the full list of items during the one-day promotion:

Black Shark 3 specs

To recap, the Black Shark 3 comes with a 6.67″ Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 865 processor with 5G and WiFi 6 support.

For the base 8GB RAM model, it comes with LPDDR4X RAM, while the 12GB RAM variant uses LPDDR5 RAM. Both models come with 128GB of UFS 3.0 storage which isn’t expandable.

In the camera department, the device features a triple-camera setup with a 64MP f/1.8 main camera, 13MP utlra-wide-angle shooter and a 5MP depth camera. For selfies, it gets a 20MP camera upfront.

For a more immersive audio experience, the Black Shark 3 comes with front-facing symmetrical stereo speakers. In addition, Black Shark has finally included a 3.5mm headphone jack to its latest devices.

Powering the device is a 4,720mAh battery and the 8GB RAM version supports up to 30W fast charging via USB-C. The higher-spec models can support a higher 65W fast charging.

According to the official distributor, the higher-spec Black Shark 3 Pro variant will be coming next month. The Pro model features a larger 7.1″ Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and it comes with a larger 5,000mAh battery.
