After providing personal shopper services and drive-thru locations in only two locations (AEON BiG Subang Jaya and AEON Style Taman Maluri) last month, AEON has expanded drive-thru services to more outlets.

This time, a total of 28 outlets in Malaysia are available for the service, as part of their initiative to help more customers keep safe during Movement Control Order (MCO).

To start, you can either scan the QR code seen on the above image, or visit their site here. You’ll then be taken to their AEON Customer Ordering site where you can pick the AEON outlet of your choice.

There is also a section on the site where you can get enquiry info, and more information about the pick up slots.

  • The AEON Customer Ordering front page
  • Outlets in the AEON Big Category
  • Outlets in the AEON Supermarket Category

It’ll then take you to the Terms and Conditions page before you can start choosing your groceries. Some of the terms to take note include no cash payments allowed, and that there will be a maximum of 3 reminders via Whatsapp for you to pick up your groceries before your order is cancelled.

The use of AEON Pay and gift vouchers, as well as credit and debit cards, and other forms of cashless payment are allowed depending on the outlet.

After accepting the Terms and Conditions on the bottom right hand corner, you’ll be able to look through a list of purchasable items available at your chosen outlet. The availability of products are a little unpredictable. Everything you want might not be there, but you can easily search for the things you need.

Once you’ve made your choices, you’ll be able to fill out the details needed for the drive-thru service. You’ll need need to pick a time slot of your choice with a two hour window (12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm or 4pm-6pm).

As seen in the above images, AEON Taman Maluri’s Facebook page shared what the drive-thru looks like, providing signs to guide customers through, and even an area where you can get last minute items like at petrol stations.

This service will only be available until 14th April 2020.

You can visit MY AEON BiG’s Facebook Page or AEON Retail Malaysia’s Facebook Page for more info.
