Deal: The Apple AirPods Pro can be yours for under RM1,000

The Apple AirPods Pro with active noise cancellation can now be yours at a cheaper price. Originally priced at RM1,099, SenQ is offering discount vouchers on their online store and you can get it for RM999.

On the product page, the in-ear headphones are still priced at RM1,099 but there’s a storewide voucher which gives you RM100 off with a minimum purchase of RM1,000.

Just make sure you claim the RM100 voucher and select the promo at the bottom right of the screen when you check out. According to the SenQ online store, the voucher is valid until 31st March 2020.

The AirPods Pro promises to offer up to 4.5 hours of music playback with ANC enabled or up to 5 hours with ANC and transparency mode turned off. With the charging case, you can get more than 24 hours of music playback. A quick 5-minute charge in the case can provide an hour of music playback or talk time.

Unlike the 1st and 2nd gen AirPods, the Pro uses an in-ear design with user-replaceable silicon tips. There’s also a new transparency mode which allows you to hear your surroundings especially when someone is talking to you. This can be activated by pinching the stem.

The AirPods Pro also comes with sweat and splash resistance with a rating of IPX4 for the earbuds. Similar to the 2nd gen AirPods, it also uses an Apple H1 chip which supports hand-free operations with “Hey Siri”. The case also supports wireless charging and it also supports wired charging via lighting port.

If you’re looking for an alternative in-ear ANC headphones, the Sony WF-1000XM3 was offered for less than RM600 during Lazada’s 8th Birthday sale. The 2nd gen AirPods with the non-wireless charging case is also now going for less than RM600.
