Deal: You can get the Huawei Matebook D 15 for less than RM2,000

If you’ve been eyeing the Huawei Matebook D 15, you can finally get it for less than RM2,000 very soon. This is a 15″ AMD Ryzen 5 powered laptop that comes with a couple of nifty flagship features.

The laptop on offer is the Matebook D15 that comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD storage. This is the more affordable option without the extra 1TB of HDD. According to the listing, you also get a free mouse.

At the moment it’s priced at RM2,299 but you can get it for only RM1,999 during Lazada’s 8th birthday sale this Friday. You have to be quick as the sale starts at midnight on 27th March and while stocks last.

To recap, the Huawei Matebook D15 has a 15.6″ Full HD display and it runs on an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega 8 graphics. The laptop comes with a hidden pop-up webcam and a power button that comes with a fingerprint sensor.

It also has a generous amount of ports including a USB-C port which supports 65W fast charging, three USB-A (2x USB 2.0, 1x USB 3.0), an HDMI port and a 3.5mm jack. Using the supplied power brick, you can get 53% charge in just 30 minutes.

The laptop also supports multi-screen collaboration via Huawei Share which uses an NFC sticker. Out of the box, it runs on Windows 10 Home.
