Samsung Galaxy Z Flip now available in Malaysia, free delivery available

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is now officially available in Malaysia and you can get it at Samsung authorised partners. Due to the current Movement Control order, you can place your order online and have your new foldable device shipped to your doorstep.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is officially priced at RM5,888 and it comes in three colour options – Mirror Purple, Mirror Black and Mirror Gold. In terms of RAM and storage configuration, the device is only offered with 8GB RAM + 256GB of storage.

For those who prefer to get it on an instalment plan, Samsung Malaysia’s E-Store is offering the device at RM245.33/month for a period of 24 months. If you’re interested, you can purchase the Galaxy Z Flip on Samsung’s E-Store or via their partners such as Best Denki, Courts, Lazada, SenQ, Shopee and Urban Republic.

To recap on the specs, the Galaxy Z Flip has a 6.7″ Infinity Flex AMOLED display that pushes a resolution of Full HD+, while the cover gets a tiny 1.1″ always-on AMOLED panel. The device runs on a Snapdragon 855+ processor and it features a 12MP main + 12MP ultra-wide-angle cameras on the lid.

For selfies, the device comes with a punch-hole camera that houses a 10MP sensor. The Z Flip can be opened at flexible angles, allow you to take a selfie from a distance when it’s placed on a flat surface. The device gets a modest 3,300mAh battery and it supports 15W fast-charging via USB-C. There’s also wireless charging but unfortunately, no 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Galaxy Z Flip comes with a premium concierge service where you’ll get access to a dedicated 27/7 Premium Careline and they offer free on-site pickup and delivery for customer support. The device also comes with Samsung Care+ which provides accidental damage protection coverage for one year.
