Petrol ePayment app, Setel, has revealed several cashback promotions for UOB and CIMB cardholders. For a limited time, you can get up to 5% when you reload your Setel account with UOB cards and also a chance to win 100% cashback if you’re a CIMB card holder.

UOB Cashback

If you have an eligible UOB card, you can enjoy 1% cash rebate on weekdays and 5% on weekends when you use UOB One Classic and One Platinum card. From the table below, there’s also a minimum purchase required for the cards before you are entitled to the cash rebates.

The Setel cashback campaign is available from 1st March until 31st May 2020. For those without UOB card, they are offering RM100 Setel petrol credit for new signups. However, do note that you will need to spend RM2,000 on the card within 60 days to enjoy the RM100 credit.

CIMB Cashback

CIMB is currently running a Cashback campaign where you can stand a chance to win up to 100% cashback for auto-billing and eWallet payments. To participate, you’ll need to perform a minimum spend of RM50 for Setel. The CIMB campaign also supports other platforms including Boost, Fave, GrabPay, Shopee and SunLife Malaysia.

There are 20x Grand Prize for the 100% cashback and 4000x monthly prizes that offer RM30 cashback.

You’ll get 10 entries for every partner transaction, 5 entries for every new auto-billing and card-linked payment and 1 entry for every existing auto-billing or card-linked payment.

According to the T&C, the 100% cashback covers all eligible transactions from 1st March to 30th April 2020. There’s a maximum cap of RM3,000 per grand prize winner.

To be in the running, you will need to enrol yourself through their website or send an SMS “PAY <space> <last 6 digits of IC>” to 62666.
