If you’re looking for a new phone for the new year, Xiaomi is kicking off a #MiDahGila promo where you can get an extra phone with the new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 series. On top of that, they have also announced a price revision for its Redmi Note 8 and Redmi 8 lineup.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage is currently priced at RM2,099 and it now comes with a free Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. The higher Mi Note 10 Pro variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage is still going for RM2,499 and Xiaomi is bundling a Redmi 7A for free.

The Mi Note 10 packs a Penta-camera setup which include a 108MP main camera. It has a 6.47″ curved Full HD+ AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 730G processor and a huge 5,260mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging via USB-C.
If you’re looking for something more affordable, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is now cheaper by RM200 while the non-Pro version is now slashed by RM100. Below is the latest pricing:

The Redmi Note 8 Pro has a 6.53″ Ful HD+ display and it runs on a MediaTek G90T processor. The rear has a quad-camera setup that uses a 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor for its main shooter. The device comes with a 4,500mAh battery and it supports 18W charging via USB-C.

The Redmi Note 8 gets a smaller 6.3″ Full HD+ display and it runs on a Snapdragon 665 processor. Although it has a quad-camera setup, the main camera uses a 48MP sensor and keeping the lights on is a decent 4,000mAh battery which also supports 18W fast charging.
For those looking for an entry-level device, the Redmi 8 with 4GB RAM + 64GB storage is now cheaper by RM50.
