Paying more for Netflix? 6% Digital Tax | ICYMI #241

This new years the digital tax has been implemented and here are what you should know about especially when you like to binge Netflix, and also we all know that a rear quad-camera setup is all the rage, but how about quad-selfie camera setups?

Netflix subscription to increase up to 8% in Malaysia starting 9 Jan 2020

We’ll start off the year with some things that you might take note of.  If you are watching Netflix, starting this year you will actually have to pay a little more starting from the 9th Jan 2020. Click here to check out the new rates.

Google Play Store to charge 6% digital tax in Malaysia from 1st Jan 2020

And it seems like Netflix is not only adding to tax to their services. Google will also charge 6% Service Tax for all paid apps and in-app purchases in Malaysia.
