Huawei opens its first premium customer service centre in Malaysia

Huawei Malaysia has officially opened its first premium customer service centre in the country. Located at KL Eco City Mall in Kuala Lumpur, the outlet aims to provide quick repair services for all Huawei products. For greater transparency, Huawei says you can view the overall repair process right in front of you.

Apart from providing technical support for both Huawei and Honor customers, you can also view the latest range of products including smartphones and smart home devices at the centre. To reward existing customers, Huawei is currently running several promotion campaigns until the 15th December 2019. This includes free cleaning and disinfect service, as well as free screen protector after repair for eligible models which include the Mate 30 series, Mate 20 series, P30 series, P20 series, Nova 5T, Honor 8X, Honor 8 Pro, Honor 9 line, Honor 10, Honor Play, Honor View 20 and Honor View 10.

Other activities at the Huawei premium customer service centre include free photo printing, lucky draw and also a chance to win prizes including a brand new Huawei Nova 5T. To be in the running, you’ll need to complete a survey related to HiCare by 31st December 2019.

Huawei will continue to conduct existing service campaigns at the centre which include Huawei Service Day on the first Friday and Saturday of the month, RM99 battery replacement program and extended warranty through its No Worries campaign.
