Maxis is offering its customers a worry-free way to enjoy premium video content with Maxis TV. Formerly known as TVNow, Maxis TV provides access to paid video subscriptions and it comes with free mobile data for streaming.
The VOD subscription + data bundle is currently available for iflix, Viu, Mubi and YuppTV. You can choose either daily, weekly or monthly passes that are priced as follows:
1-day pass + 3GB of data – RM3/pass
7-day pass + 5GB of data – RM7/pass
30-day pass + 10GB of data – RM15/pass
Do note that the additional data is only for video streaming and you can’t use it for non-video purposes such as web browsing, music streaming or hotspot. The Maxis TV passes will be billed to either your postpaid bill or deduct directly from your Hotlink prepaid credit.
