Lazada improves Milk Formula guarantee with 300% money-back policy

Lazada wants to be the trusted e-commerce platform when it comes to milk formula and they have introduced an improved guarantee that promises 3 times your money back. It assures that the products are authentic and you can expect at least 7-months-to-expiry period.

The guarantee covers products from 18 milk brands that are listed on LazMall, and parents can enjoy twice the variety available from last year when they first introduced the assurance. According to Lazada Malaysia CEO, Leo Chow, “parents can enjoy the convenience of purchasing whenever and wherever, while having the confidence and assurance that they are receiving authentic, high-quality milk formula. Having more trusted brands onboard LazMall also allows parents to attend to the needs of their loved ones at all crucial stages of their formative years.”

Lazada shared that all products under the Milk Formula Guarantee are sourced directly from brands and manufacturers, taking into account brand trademark documentation, excellent seller rating and good fulfilment scores. The products undergo stringent inbound and outbound processes at Lazada’s eLogistics (LeL) warehouses to ensure the correct products are received and delivered. They added that the milk products are handled with care when it’s received and stored at their warehouses.

When Lazada introduced their Milk Formula guarantee in March last year, they offered 2x money-back guarantee. Now they are offering 3x money-back guarantee, ensuring that they are 100% authentic with a minimum of 7 months period-to-expiry (previously 6 months) from the delivery date, with terms and conditions apply. Just make sure that the product is sold under LazMall and it carries the new 100% Authentic Guarantee sign.

Below is the list of brands that are covered by the improved Milk Formula Guarantee on LazMall:
