Here’s how to get EMUI 10 Beta on the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro

Got a Huawei P30 device and want to get a taste of Android 10? Huawei is now opening its EMUI 10 beta program to the public and which allows you to try it out before everyone else.

To participate, just follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Huawei Beta Test app here.
  2. Register (or login) and join the available project.
  3. Wait for EMUI 10 Beta update which will be pushed between 12-19 September 2019. The beta updates will be pushed on a progressive basis.

Huawei recommends that you update your current P30 and P30 Pro to the latest EMUI version. It is also recommended to perform a full backup before you proceed with the upgrade.

Since this is a beta program, you should expect bugs and issues along the way, and you are encouraged to report them via the Beta app. We won’t recommend upgrading to EMUI 10 beta if this is your primary phone and do proceed only if you’re aware of the risks involved.
