Here’s how you can get 3 months for free on Spotify Premium

Spotify has just announced that they’ve extended the free trial period for Spotify Premium. Previously, new users to Spotify Premium had a 1-month trial before having to start payment, and the trial period is now being extended to 3 months.

Do note that this extended period is only available to users who are new to Spotify Premium, although you can always opt to make an entirely new Spotify account to take advantage of this new trial period. However, the good news here is that this isn’t a limited-time offer. Instead, this will be the new, permanent trial period for new Spotify Premium users.

At the moment, the 3-month trial period is available in Malaysia, but is only currently available for single subscription. However, Spotify says that they’ll be rolling out the 3-month trial period for family subscriptions “soon”.

“We know it takes time to fully experience all of the features available with Premium, so we’re giving people the time that they need to fall in love with Premium’s seamless listening experience and on-demand access.”
