You can buy the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro with official warranty in Malaysia next week

The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is officially announced yesterday and you can soon order a unit in Malaysia with official warranty. This is a higher-spec version of the Mi 9T that comes with a more powerful Snapdragon 855 processor.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is now listed on the Xiaomi Global Store and the sale is expected to start on 27th August 2019. However, in one of the product pictures in the gallery, it says “Starts from 30th August 2019” which is likely a mistake.

On top of that, they are also offering the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage version on their store from 27th August 2019. As an early bird promo, it appears that they are offering a special price for the 64GB storage variant. We still don’t know the pricing yet and we expect the store to reveal more details in the next couple of days before the actual sale.

If you’re interested, you can check out the Xiaomi Global Store on Shopee. In case you missed it, the Global Store is a Xiaomi-affiliated channel that ships from China and its products are covered by local Xiaomi Malaysia warranty. As a result, it will take a longer time to ship compared to the local Xiaomi Malaysia online store. If you prefer to get the device from a local source, we think Xiaomi Malaysia will be making an announcement soon as the device has already passed SIRIM certification.

Thanks Mathi for the tip!
