Free labour charge for older Galaxy smartphones during Samsung Member’s Day until the end of 2019

Last month, Samsung had announced its Samsung Member’s Day campaign which offers free phone check-up and free labour charges for out of warranty Samsung smartphones. The service campaign takes place on the last Saturday of each month and originally, it was scheduled to run until the 31st August 2019. Now it appears that the Korean smartphone maker has extended the Member’s Day promo until the 31st December 2019.

This campaign is open to walk-in customers at selected authorised service centres in Malaysia. If you need to repair your Galaxy device that’s out of warranty, you can enjoy lower repair cost as you are only paying for the parts without labour charges. You’re entitled to the free labour charge after going through the free checkup service. Customers will also get complimentary cleaning kits and smart tips card on the same day.

Each customer is only entitled to enjoy the benefit once during the Member’s Day campaign and below are the list of participating service centres:
