The Redmi K20 Pro is now available in Malaysia

The Redmi K20 Pro is the latest flagship killer from Xiaomi and if you want to get your hands on one, the device has finally arrived in Malaysia. Retailer Mobile2Go is currently offering imported units and the base model with 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage is offered at a lower price than the high-spec Xiaomi Mi 9.

According to Mobile2Go, the Redmi K20 Pro stocks are arriving later today and below is the pricing:

Redmi K20 Pro
6GB RAM + 128GB storage (Red) – RM1,898
8GB RAM + 128GB storage (Black/Blue) – RM2,098
8GB RAM + 256GB storage (Black/Blue/Red) – RM2,298

The K20 series was announced in China last week and it comes in two versions – Redmi K20 and K20 Pro. The K20 Pro is the top of the line model that comes with a Snapdragon 855 processor which can be configured with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.

The device comes with a 6.39″ Full HD+ AMOLED display that has no notches and it features an in-display fingerprint sensor. The device also sports a pop-up selfie mechanism that houses a 20MP AI-assisted front camera.

Over at the rear, the K20 Pro is equipped with a triple-camera setup consisting of a 48MP f/1.75 main camera, a 13MP f/2.4 ultra-wide-angle shooter and an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto unit that’s capable of 2X optical zoom. Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery that supports 27W fast-charging via USB-C and it also retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.

If you prefer to wait for an official set with official warranty, Xiaomi will be releasing the K20 Pro outside of China as the Mi 9T Pro. The international variant is expected to launch very soon and one of the devices have already passed our SIRIM certification.
