If you’re having trouble paying with Boost eWallet, it isn’t just you. It appears that Boost is currently facing intermittent issues with their app and they are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
According to Boost, their app is currently unavailable and they will update via their social channels once it is restored. According to Vernon Chan, the app was sluggish to load and he even got logged out. When he reached out to Boost support, he got the following reply:
