From information that has been made available to us, we know that the OnePlus 7 will come in two variants – OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.

The top of the line OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to feature a large 6.67-inch AMOLED display that pushes a higher 90Hz refresh rate. Typically, mobile device displays run at a 60Hz refresh rate.

A refresh rate is simply how many times content on gets redrawn on the screen. A 60Hz refresh rate means the content gets redrawn 60 times per second. The OnePlus 7 Pro runs Qualcomm’s best processor currently, the Snapdragon 855 with up to 12GB of RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro also gets a faster UFS 3.0 storage in either 128GB and 256GB options.

The OnePlus 7 Pro will feature a number of firsts for the brand. It will be the first OnePlus to features a triple-camera setup comprising of a 48MP f/1.6 main camera, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

OnePlus 7 Pro will also feature stereo speakers and a 16MP pop-up selfie. All are firsts for OnePlus.

There’s also a large 4,000mAh battery which supports OnePlus’ 30W Warp Charge via USB-C.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 7 non-pro version is expected to come with a smaller 6.4-inch display that has a notch like its current OnePlus 6T. The device will come with just two cameras and it is likely to retain the same 3,700mAh battery as the OnePlus 6T.
