The OnePlus 7 series will see its global debut happening on 14 May and soon after that the devices will see its official Malaysia launch happening on 21 May.

To increase the visibility and popularity of OnePlus in Malaysia XianFeng Technology, the distributor of OnePlus in Malaysia, is inviting mobile retailers to be a part of the OnePlus family.

They’ve set up a registration form for mobile retailers and dealers who are interested to attend the OnePlus 7 official Malaysian launch and if you’re interested, you can register to attend the event here. Seats are limited so you better hurry.

From information that has been made available to us, we know that the OnePlus 7 will come in two variants – OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.

The top of the line OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to feature a large 6.67-inch AMOLED display that pushes a higher 90Hz refresh rate. Typically, mobile device displays run at a 60Hz refresh rate.

A refresh rate is simply how many times content on gets redrawn on the screen. A 60Hz refresh rate means the content gets redrawn 60 times per second. A 90Hz refresh rate means the content gets redrawn 90 times per second. This produces a smoother more fluid motion and making it feel like you’re directly touching the elements shown on the display.

The OnePlus 7 Pro runs Qualcomm’s best processor currently, the Snapdragon 855 with up to 12GB of RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro also gets a faster UFS 3.0 storage in either 128GB and 256GB options.

The OnePlus 7 Pro will feature a number of firsts for the brand. It will be the first OnePlus to features a triple-camera setup comprising of a 48MP f/1.6 main camera, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

OnePlus 7 Pro will also feature stereo speakers and a 16MP pop-up selfie. All are firsts for OnePlus.

There’s also a large 4,000mAh battery which supports OnePlus’ 30W Warp Charge via USB-C.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 7 non-pro version is expected to come with a smaller 6.4-inch display that has a notch like its current OnePlus 6T. The device will come with just two cameras and it is likely to retain the same 3,700mAh battery as the OnePlus 6T.

Mobile retailers and dealers who are interested to be a part of the OnePlus family and attend the OnePlus 7 official Malaysian launch event, can sign up here. Seats are limited, so you better hurry.
