Maxis offers the Xiaomi Mi 9 128GB from RM45/month

The Xiaomi Mi 9 is currently the most affordable flagship smartphone that is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor. For those who prefer to get the device on contract, the Mi 9 is now available with Maxis from as low as RM45/month on instalment or RM999 with its standard contract.

On Maxis, they are only offering the high-spec model which comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. This specific model is officially priced at RM1,999.

On Maxis Zerolution, the Mi 9 is going for RM83/month on its MaxisOne Plan 98 and it can be yours for as low as RM45/month with its highest MaxisOne Plan 188. Do note that the device instalment amount does not include the subscription cost.

If you prefer to get the device with a regular contract, the Mi 9 is offered at RM1,599 on MaxisOne Plan 98 and it goes as low as RM999 on the highest postpaid option. All plans are tied with a 24-month contract. For the standard contract plans, you are required to pay an advanced payment which will be rebated back to your monthly bill.

The Mi 9 features a 6.39″ Full HD+ AMOLED display and it comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The rear gets a triple-camera setup that comprises of a 48MP main camera, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 12MP telephoto lens. It is powered by a 3,300mAh battery which supports both 20W wireless and 27W wired charging via USB-C. You can learn more in our announcement post.
