Huawei Mate 20 X now going for RM2,599

The Huawei Mate 20 X is now offered at an even lower price. Initially launched at RM3,199, this large gaming-centric smartphone can be yours for RM600 less.

Retailer Mobile2Go is offering this huge smartphone for RM2,599. That’s the same price as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro that’s being offered at moment.

To recap on the specs, the Mate 20 X gets a 7.2″ Full HD+ OLED display and it runs on a top of the line Kirin 980 processor. The device has 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage which is also expandable via NM card. For a better gaming experience, it comes with stereo speakers and to keep things cool, it has a multi-dimensional cooling system that uses Vapour Chamber and Graphene Film.

For taking pictures, it has a similar triple-camera setup as the Mate 20 Pro. There’s a 40MP f/1.8 main camera, a 20MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle shooter and an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera that offers 3X optical zoom. For selfies, the tiny notch at the top houses a 24MP f/2.0 front camera.

Since this is a huge device, the Mate 20 X gets a huge 5,000mAh battery that supports Huawei’s SuperCharge via USB-C. Unlike the Mate 20 Pro, it also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
