The Huawei Nova 4 is launching on 17 December and the device had appeared on China’s TENAA certification not too long ago. As we get closer to the launch, we now get an even clearer view thanks to a batch of leaked press renders.
The front of the Huawei Nova 4 is all screen and it comes with a small in-display camera on the top left corner. This is similar to the Honor V20 and it still has a noticeable chin at the bottom.
The rear adopts a similar design as the Huawei P20 Pro with a triple-camera array arranged in a 2+1 layout. We can now confirm that it will carry a 48MP main camera and according to DroidShout, this is used for its high-spec variant while the standard models (maybe Nova 4i?) will feature a 20MP camera instead. There’s also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor so there’s no fancy in-display fingerprint sensor yet for the Nova series.
The Huawei Nova 4 is expected to come with a 6.4″ Full HD+ display and Huawei’s top of the line Kirin 980 processor. However, there are rumours circulating that it could run on the older Kirin 970 unit like the current Nova 3 but it comes with up to 8GB of RAM.
