TM has announced that broadband (Streamyx) and fixed-line customers in Subang are currently facing service interruptions. The damage was caused by cable theft and it affects over 1,800 customers.
According to TM’s update, they have found 7 copper bundles damaged and their technical team are on location to repair the damage. Due to the severe damage, it might take more than a day to restore full service to affected customers.
