U Mobile Unlimited Hero P139 plan offers free data roaming in 36 countries

U Mobile has announced its new Unlimited Hero P139 postpaid plan that offers unlimited data, unlimited HD video streaming and free data roaming across 5 continents around the globe for RM139/month.

Apart from unlimited high-speed data in Malaysia, the Unlimited Hero P139 plan also comes with unlimited calls to all networks plus 50GB of data for hotspot usage. For video, the P139 plan streams in high definition, instead of the lower standard definition that’s offered on their lower unlimited postpaid plans. However, they noted that the high-definition stream is provided on a best effort basis.

By default, the Unlimited Hero P139 plan supports Roam-Onz which offers 3GB of free data in 12 countries which include Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore.

However, if you sign up from 5 December 2018 until 28 February 2019, U Mobile is bundling in an additional Roam-Onz global for free for the first 24-months. This new offering will provide you with 3GB of data roaming in 24 extra destinations worldwide which include the USA, France, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Canada.

According to U Mobile, they have embarked on an extensive 4G LTE network expansion plan. They are investing more than RM5 billion to ensure more Malaysians can enjoy high-speed unlimited internet with more 4G LTE sites around the country.
