ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 with 6GB RAM will be sold exclusively on Shopee

The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 will be launching very soon and this will be a new mid-range smartphone that is expected to come with an attractive price tag. Apart from the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model which we saw earlier, Malaysia will be getting a higher spec variant that comes with 6GB of RAM.

According to Shopee, the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage will be sold exclusively on their platform. That means you won’t find it on other e-commerce sites at the time of launch.

The ZenFone Max Pro M2 product page is already live on the ASUS official store on Shopee but there’s no pricing yet. According to the page, the device will go on sale at 11:59PM on 11 December 2018.

To recap, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 comes with a 6.3″ Full HD+ display and it runs on a Snapdragon 660 processor. The rear comes with a 12MP + 5MP dual-camera combo while the front features a 13MP selfie camera. It still comes with a large 5,000mAh battery which is great for long hours of gaming but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to support 5GHz WiFi.

The official launch event is taking place on 11 December 2018 and it will go on sale in Malaysia on 12.12. To learn more, you can check out our first impressions of the retail box
