With more Malaysians shopping online, Mah Sing will be offering residential properties for sale on Lazada‘s e-commerce platform. The collaboration is the first in Southeast Asia and you can buy a house during the upcoming 12.12 sale.

Mah Sing is also offering an exclusive 5% incentive for Lazada buyers that’s worth between RM20,000 to RM30,000. The Mah Sing projects listed online include M Vertica, Cheras; M Centura, Sentul; Sensa Residence@Southville City, KL South; M Aruna, Rawang; M Vista, Penang; and Meridin East, Johor.

If you’re interested, you may add to cart and purchase from 10 to 12 December 2018. To secure a unit, you’ll need to pay a RM3,000 registration fee through Lazada’s platform. This is fully refundable if your purchase is unsuccessful or if you’ve changed your mind.

Prospective buyers are advised to contact their banks to check on their loan eligibility before placing a booking. Buyers will sign their Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) once the unit selection, documentation and loan application is successful.

You can view the property listing on Mah Sing’s LazMall flagship store.
