Earlier this week, the Ministry of Finance announced that it will be provided updates from the tabling of the 2019 Malaysian Budget (#Belanjawan2019) via WhatsApp, this in a bid to make sure that the public gets the latest and most accurate information pertaining to the matter. However, it seems that the ministry is facing technical difficulties with the instant messaging application to a point that it is not urging the public to get updates on #Belanjawan2019 via their official Facebook page instead.
The 2019 budget (#Belanjawan2019) will be tabled in Parliament today at 4pm. The event will be broadcasted live on TV1 which you can watch here. There’s also a livestream on Facebook as embeded below:
