Celcom is shutting down its operation at Menara Celcom in Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur and moving to a new headquarters located at PJ Sentral in Petaling Jaya. Together with the shutdown, Celcom’s Blue Cube at Menara Celcom will also cease operations it announced on Facebook. The Menara Celcom Blue Cube store will be closed for good on Friday, November 16.
The new Menara Celcom and Celcom headquarters will be located in PJ Sentral in Petaling Jaya. The 33-storey office tower commenced construction in early April 2013.
The Menara Celcom in Jalan Semarak in Kuala Lumpur was previously known as Wisma Telekom Semarak. The name was changed to Menara Celcom in 2004 right after the company back then – Celcom (M) Bhd – merged with TM Cellular Sdn Bhd. Celcom is now no longer a part of TM and is part the Axiata Group.
Currently, Menara Celcom is an asset owned by TM.
