You can get the Samsung Galaxy Note9 for RM999 on Yes 4G

Yes 4G is also offering the latest Samsung Galaxy Note9 on contract. Originally retailing for RM3,699 for the 128GB version, the Galaxy Note9 can be yours for less than RM1,000 with a 24-month contract.

As a pre-order promo, they are offering the Galaxy Note9 in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue or Metallic Copper for RM999 on its Postpaid 128 plan. The plan costs RM128/month and it comes with unlimited calls and SMS within Yes’ network plus 50GB of 4G LTE data.

During signup, you are required to place a device upfront payment of RM720 which will be rebated back to your bill across 24 months. This means you’ll only need to pay RM98 instead of RM128 monthly for the remainder of your contract period. Also required upfront is a one-month subscription fee of RM128.

In terms of coverage, Yes runs on a pure 4G LTE network and they do not have any domestic roaming agreements with other telcos. This means you won’t get any connectivity if you’re outside their 4G service areas.

To recap, the Galaxy Note9 is Samsung’s most powerful flagship smartphone with a 6.4″ Quad HD+ Infinity Display and it runs on an Exynos 9810 processor. For the 128GB storage version, it comes with 6GB of RAM and if you need more storage, you can still expand further via microSD.

For taking pictures, it gets a 12MP + 12MP dual-camera setup that offers a variable f/1.5-f/2.4 aperture lens and 2X Optical Zoom. The front comes with an 8MP f/1.7 selfie camera. Powering the device is a 4,000mAh battery which supports adaptive fast charging via USB-C as well as fast charging.
