The Samsung Galaxy S9 series is finally getting a brand new colour in Malaysia. If the current Midnight Black, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple options are too mainstream, you can now pick up the Galaxy S9 or S9+ in Sunrise Gold.
In terms of hardware, everything remains unchanged and the Sunrise Gold is currently available for the Galaxy S9 64GB that’s priced at RM3,109 and for the Galaxy S9+ with 128GB storage that’s currently going for RM3,769.
This new colour is one of two new variants that were announced two months ago. When it was introduced, the Sunrise Gold edition is claimed to be Samsung’s first device to feature a satin gloss finish which gives it a “tranquil glow and glimmer”. The other option, Burgundy Red edition, was released initially in Korea and China.
