vivo Malaysia has a 6.22″ FullView smartphone under RM800

vivo Y81

vivo has just revealed the Y81, a FullView smartphone that’s big on screen with a smaller price tag. If the current vivo V9 is way above your budget, this could be an affordable alternative.

The vivo Y81 is officially priced at RM799 in Malaysia, and that’s RM200 cheaper than the budget Y85 that was introduced just weeks ago.

It also comes with a 6.22″ HD+ display with a notch that pushes a 1520×720 resolution in a taller 19:9 aspect ratio. Powering the device is MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.

Unlike the Y85, this device comes with a single 13MP main camera and a lower 5MP selfie shooter. It also gets a similar 3,260mAh battery but it doesn’t come with a fingerprint sensor. Out of the box it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.0 skin on top.
