Malaysia GE14: You can now check your exact polling location

As announced by the Election Commision (EC), registered voters can find out their exact polling station for the upcoming 14th Generation Election starting today. This includes the actual venue to cast your vote, time, channel (Saluran) and serial number (No Siri).

If you’re wondering how to check, there are three easy ways to do so on your smartphone. You can download the MySPR app which is available for both AppStore (iOS) and Google Play (Android), or you can check via the newly updated Election Commission website which now doesn’t require a CAPTCHA code.

For those without internet connectivity, you can also check via SMS by sending “SPR SEMAK <IC NUMBER without dash>” to 15888. Take note that each SMS will cost you 20 sen excluding GST.

You can also refer to our previous guide located here. In case you missed it, the nomination of candidates is scheduled on 28 April and the actual election day falls on 9 May 2018.
