You can now order the RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in Malaysia

The (PRODUCT)RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are now available in Malaysia. Despite not being in Apple’s first wave countries, the official online store for Malaysia is now accepting orders and they will ship it within 2 business days.

The price remains unchanged with the iPhone 8 going for RM3,649 for 64GB and RM4,399 for 256GB. Meanwhile, the larger iPhone 8 Plus is priced at RM4,149 for 64GB and RM4,899 for 256GB. Internally, the RED iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have the same specs as its current colour options. Unlike the previous iPhone 7 RED edition, the front of the iPhone 8 RED is now black, which looks better.

When we entered postcodes for the Klang Valley, the iPhone 8 order is expected to arrive by 17 April 2018, which is next Wednesday. As a comparison, pre-orders are currently available in first wave countries including Singapore and stocks are expected to arrive by this coming Friday, 13 April 2018.

To recap, the PRODUCT(RED) iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus special editions were introduced as an opportunity for consumers to contribute to efforts that fight the spread of HIV and AIDS. This is the second iPhone series under PRODUCT(RED) and Apple is also offering new accessories including iPhone cases, Apple Watch bands, wireless headphones and speakers that come in red.
