The Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ will be announced on 25 February but we’ve already seen countless of leaks and renders for the past few weeks. If you want to take a closer look at the device, @rquandt from German site WinFuture has shared a couple of high resolution renders for your viewing pleasure.
On the early renders, the side bezels appear to be thicker which looks like its current Galaxy A8 series. However, this latest high-resolution press renders seem to suggest that the front will look quite identical to the current Galaxy S8/S8+ but with a thinner chin at the bottom of its Infinity Display.
To recap, the Galaxy S9/S9+ will retain the same 5.8″ and 6.2″ Quad HD Infinity displays including a similar 3,000mAh and 3,500mAh battery capacity. The biggest difference is on the cameras where it will feature a variable aperture shooter and the bigger S9+ model will get an additional secondary camera. Of course, there will be other upgrades in hardware and for the first time, the Galaxy S9/S9+ will get stereo speakers. You can learn more in our post here.

You can view more high-resolution images through his Twitter posts. When viewed in its original size (Add “:orig” behind the image URL), the renders can be as large as 4000 pixels in width/height.
Gigantic res pics of the Galaxy S9+? Yep. Got these too now. Again, add :orig to the end of the pic URL to get the full resolution. No, I do not have pics of the purple and grey ones yet, at least not in this size. @evleaks has got you covered on these. 1/4 pic.twitter.com/V0NP5OnumR

The launch will take place at Barcelona and you can watch the event live at 1AM on Monday, 26 February, Malaysian time. Both the Galaxy S9/S9+ have passed our Malaysian SIRIM certification and we expect Samsung Malaysia to start pre-orders very soon.
