Here’s the Galaxy S9/S9+ in a new shade of purple

After showing off the front of the Galaxy S9/S9+ last week, serial leakster @evleaks has posted more photos of the new Samsung flagship. This time, he has provided renders for both front and back as well as the sides of the device.

While last year’s Galaxy S8/S8+/Note8 came in a purplish Orchid Grey, Samsung will be offering a tweaked colour option that’s called Lilac Purple for the S9/S9+.

As expected, the Galaxy S9/S9+ will retain an 18.5:9 Infinity Display which comes in two sizes. The rear looks similar to its current Galaxy S8/S8+ but it gets a repositioned fingerprint sensor, while the Galaxy S9+ model comes with a dual-camera setup. If we look at the front, the bezel appears to be thicker while the display is curved towards the edges of the side.

Apart from Lilac Purple, the Galaxy S9/S9+ will also come in Midnight Black, Titanium Gray and Coral Blue.

The Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ will be revealed on 25 February and it is expected to go on sale in Malaysia as early as mid-March.
