While flip phones seem to have slipped out of view in the mainstream phone industry, Samsung still is chugging forward with their clamshells, albeit not in all parts of the globe. Here are the first leaked images of Samsung’s clamshell flagship the SamsungW2018.

The phone hasn’t officially been revealed yet by the brand, but the phone has already been certified by TENAA so its definitely on the way. The W2018 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 under the hood, along with a whopping 6GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. However, the phone seems to have a rather small 2,300mAh battery.

The phone will also feature a 4.2″ AMOLED display alongside a 12-megapixel rear shooter and 5-megapixel front camera. You will also get a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Not sure exactly when the device will launch either, but we’re expecting it to only be available to certain markets.
