Instagram’s just dropped a brand new tool called Superzoom, as well as Halloween stickers and face filters to get you into the spooky mood.
Superzoom is, just as its name implies, allows users to create really tight close-ups. When you hit record in Superzoom mode, the camera automatically zooms in (complete with dramatic sound effect) in the background.
You’ll be able to find it on the camera in Instagram Stories (right next to Boomerang) and it can be used on everything from a selfie to videos, to much dramatic effect.
So you can even take a dramatic zoomed in video of your sandwich if that tickles your fancy.
Also, there are new face filters that will get you into the Halloween spirit from now until November 1st, that will let you turn into a zombie, vampire and even a flying bat. Last but not least, the update brings Halloween themed stickers to add to your photos and videos as well.
All these new features are out on Instagram Version 20 on both iOS and Android, so if you haven’t got it yet, it should be rolled out to you soon!
