SanDisk Ultra 400GB microSD

Still running out of space with a 256GB microSD card? Two years after introducing their 200GB microSD, SanDisk has doubled its mobile storage offering by announcing a newer option with a whopping 400GB. This is the highest capacity yet on a microSD card.

With such huge capacity, the 400GB SanDisk Ultra microSD is rated to store up to 40 hours of Full HD videos. It isn’t just huge but it’s also quite fast as well. The microSDXC UHS-I card has read speeds of 100MB/s and it also meets A1 App performance class specification for optimal app-loading performance. With this speed, SanDisk claims you can transfer up to 1,200 photos per minute using a USB 3.0 reader.

With a video speed rating of C10/U1, this card is ideal for Full HD 1080p video recording. To shoot in 4K, you’ll gonna need a card with faster write speeds like the SanDisk Extreme or Extreme Pro with U3/V30 class rating.

The 400GB SanDisk Ultra is priced at US$249.99 (about RM1,067) and it comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
