ASUS ZenFone 4 series is now available for pre-order in Malaysia

ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro and ZenFone 4 Selfie

The ASUS ZenFone 4 series is now official and ASUS Malaysia certainly isn’t wasting any time as it opens pre-orders starting today. This is probably one of the fastest smartphone rollout yet in Malaysia.

ASUS ZenFone 4 Max Pro

For the first phase, the following ZenFone 4 models will be available in Malaysia and they are priced as follows:

ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro (ZD552KL)- RM1,799
ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie (ZD553KL)- RM1,299
ASUS ZenFone 4 Max Pro (ZC554KL)- RM1,099

As a pre-order promotion, ASUS Malaysia is bundling a free selfie stick, OTG cable, screen protector and a 10,050mAh ASUS Powerbank for all models. On top of that, they are also including a free 16GB microSD card for the ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro.

The pre-order begins today, 17th August at 5PM and it will be running until 24th August 2017. This offer will be available online on Lazada, 11street and Shopee. According to ASUS, stocks will be available in Malaysia by 25th August 2017.

Retailer DirectD is also offering pre-orders at their outlets with stocks expected to arrive by next Monday, 21st August.

If you’re not into selfies, the base ZenFone 4 will be available in Malaysia on the first week of September. So far there’s no word yet on the availability of its Snapdragon 835 powered ZenFone 4 Pro. Hopefully, ASUS could bring that in soon in the months to come.

Below are the full specs for the incoming models. For the ZenFone 4 Selfie, there’s a more affordable (ZD520KL) option priced at RM899 but the specs and availability for Malaysia aren’t confirmed yet. We’ll update more once we have them.
