If you love to binge watch videos or listening to music all day, Celcom has introduced its new Walla data packs for all your streaming needs. For a small price, you can enjoy unlimited music and up to 10GB of extra data just for videos.
For music, Music Walla covers music streaming via JOOX, Raku, KKBOX, Hungama Music and more than 30 local radio station. Unlimited Music Walla access costs just RM3/month or RM1/week. Celcom will be adding more music platforms including Deezer and Apple Music very soon. At the moment, Spotify is still not part their list and Celcom says they are working on a partnership deal to get them on board.
Meanwhile, Video Walla offers extra data for video streaming which is quite similar to its current Xpax VideoTube. The rates are similar at RM1/day for 1GB and RM7/week for 10GB. This covers streaming via YouTube, iflix, Netflix, Tonton, Astro GO, dimsum, HeroTalkies, MOX Digital, Metro TV and Daily Motion. Video uploads on YouTube are included but it will not cover live streaming.
As part of its #NoKelentong proposition, both Music Walla and Video Walla are offered at full speeds without any speed caps. This lets you enjoy the highest quality possible for music and video streaming on their network. Subscribers can activate these Walla packs by dialling *118# on your phone. As an extra bonus, Xpax is also giving double Video Walla quota if you activate the pack from the official Xpax app. The double data promotion is valid from now until 30 June 2017.
Despite being shown as an Xpax product, the new Walla packs are also applicable to Celcom Postpaid customers as well. On top of that, Celcom FIRST Platinum users will get additional 12-months premium access on iflix. For more infomation, visit Xpax’s Walla page.
