Xpax KAWKAW DATA gives users 50% extra data

For those who seek more data, Xpax just announced the brand new KAWKAW DATA program that is designed to give users 50% more data each time they subscribe to any one of their monthly internet plans.

However, there is a catch.

In order to be eligible, users have to be aged between 12 and 25 years old and must be on the new Xpax prepaid plan. If you fulfil that criteria, all you will need to do is register to be a member of the KAWKAW SQUAD and you’ll get 50% more data each time you purchase Xpax’s monthly internet plans within the campaign period (1 year, 17 April 2017 to 17 April 2018).

There are two ways you can register. One is via the Xpax application, while the second method is via the USSD code. To sign up via the USSD code, simply key in *118*7*1#. You will then receive an SMS informing you on whether you’re eligible for this offer. This is a one-time registration only.

Once you’re confirmed, you can then purchase one of the two Xpax Monthly Internet Plans — RM30 or RM50. The RM30 plan usually gives you 5GB of data but if you’re eligible for KAWKAW DATA, that gets bumped up to 7.5GB. On the RM50 plan which usually gives you 10GB of DATA, users under KAWKAW DATA will receive 15GB instead.

Based on the FAQ, there are also no restrictions on the additional data so you can use it whenever or wherever you want. However, do keep in mind that this bonus data does not apply to Add On data.

For users who are not on the latest Xpax plan, you can migrate to the latest plan by sending MIG XPAX to 28882 or via the Xpax app — this process is free of charge.
