OPPO has now teamed up with Malaysian star Min Chen to release the special edition R9s that is said to be available soon.
So what’s the big deal with the special edition? Well for one, it comes in a striking red colour, with Min Chen’s signature, laser-engraved on the back of the phone.
On top of the Valentines edition of the R9s, the Min Chen version comes with a mini Min Chen human-standee, four Min Chen postcards and a cartooned Min Chen phone cover that will come free in a R9s limited gift box with every purchase. Installed in the devices are Min Chen’s alarm tone, Min Chen’s wallpaper and Min Chen’s selfies. Talk about a dream come true for fans of the R9s ambassador.
Besides the stated gift box, wallpaper and alarm tone, there isn’t anything else that is majorly different from the original version of the R9s. You’re still getting the 16MP camera on both the front and back, which seems to be Min Chen’s favourite feature.
The eye-catching red device also comes with a 3,010 mAh battery and VOOC flash charge technology. The OPPO R9s ensures its users the best photography experience.
Min Chen fans, be patient. The original R9s will be available in stores and the official website from the 22nd of February and the special Min Chen edition of the phone will be available exclusively at Lazada set at RM1,798.
