Stainless Steel Apple Watch are now going for half price

If you’ve been wanting to buy an Apple Watch, now couldn’t have been a better time. After the recent price slash, the Apple Watch with stainless steel case are now getting a huge discount up to RM2,525 off its original price.

The base Apple Watch Stainless Steel with Sport Band is now going for only RM1,249 (38mm) and RM1,374 (42mm) instead of its original price of RM2,499 and RM2,749 respectively. That’s just RM225-RM350 more than the recently reduced Apple Watch Sport edition that comes with an aluminium case.

While both aluminium and stainless edition editions share the same hardware and features, the stainless steel Apple Watch gets a more premium look with a nice mirror finish. The case is made of 316L stainless steel while the top of the watch has a scratch-resistant sapphire glass. Meanwhile, the Sport edition uses a lighter 7000 series aluminium for the body while the front is protected with Ion-X glass. When we compare the two, the stainless steel edition is noticeably heavier on the wrist due to its materials.

Another good news is that the more upmarket watch band options are more affordable as well. The Apple Watch with Milanese loop starts from RM1,499 and the sleek looking all-black Link Bracelet (42mm) variant is going for RM2,524 instead of RM5,049.
